Once your order is placed you agree to hold harmless nyscorporation.com, it's parent companies,
officers, partners, employees, and all associated entities, from any liability whatsoever, including
but not limited to any litigation that may arise from the results of your breaking any laws or
regulations, state or federal, in connection with your formed corporation and/or your actions
personally, and further agree to hold harmless nyscorporation.com from any cause whatsoever.
The information contained in this site is provided for general information purposes only. If your
submitted name choices are rejected your document filing specialist will contact you via email with
acceptable alternatives. If you do not respond or if your alternate name choice is subsequently
rejected your document filing specialist reserves the right to file a similar approvable name and/or
correct any errors on your application. If your tax id # is rejected for any reason you will be provided
with a hotline # to call. If any filing request is rejected due to incorrect information that was submitted
a specialist will contact you, if a response is not received the specialist will attempt to correct any
issues and process your application. You must read all 'Filing Requirement Updates' on the
homepage.

All orders are processed through our secure server. Orders can be cancelled before noon (eastern
standard time) the day after your filing was submitted for processing. Your order will be processed
promptly at noon the day after your filing was submitted. Once your filing has been processed
you can not cancel your order. You will receive correspondence related to your filing within 15-20
business days after the date you submitted the request for processing. Applications are processed
as standard or expedited. Standard filings are usually processed within 15-20 business days
excluding weekends and holidays and can take up to 90 days to complete the activation process.
Expedited filings are processed within 24 hours. All correspondence will be shipped via E-mail & US
Mail. Please direct all questions to our Service Dept. Under no circumstance(s) will
nyscorporation.com, its advisors, agents, representatives and employees be liable or responsible for
any damage or inconvenience caused or alleged to be caused by the use of our services. These
terms of service can be changed or amended at any time without notice.
